Note on the accuracy of CAD data:
The CAD data provided serves as a theoretical representation of the product. In reality, the actual product may differ from the provided data from the actual product shape for the following reasons:
Manufacturing tolerances: Manufacturing may be affected by unavoidable tolerances, resulting in minor deviations in dimensions. Even with precise manufacturing processes, minimal deviations cannot be completely avoided.
Surface roughness: CAD data represent ideal, smooth surfaces. In reality, however, the surface quality depends on various factors such as the material used and the machining processes applied. This can lead to a higher roughness than shown in the CAD data.
Holes and recesses: Holes, recesses and other geometric features are usually represented as perfect shapes in the CAD data. In reality, however, machining processes such as drilling or milling can be influenced by material deformation or tool wear, which can lead to minor deviations.
